Student 2011 W2 Statements for all jobs
Parent 2011 IRS FORM 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ
Parent 2011 W2 Statements for all jobs
2011 Social Security Benefits Statement, all HH members
TANF and/or Welfare Benefits
Veteran’s Benefits
Current Amounts of Cash, Savings and Checking (Student and Parent)
Current Value of Real Estate and Investment Holdings **Do not
have to include value of home that you live in.
Current Value of Business or Farm
Permanent Resident Documentation (green card)
Student PIN (obtained from www.pin.ed.gov)
Parent PIN (obtained from www.pin.ed.gov)
